  1. Special attention is given to ensure a high standard of morality and discipline in the school. Parents/Guardians are requested to co-operate in this with the authorities of the school by ensuring regular attendance and punctuality of their children. Periodical reports will keep the parent informed of the progress of their children. These reports are to be signed by the parent/guardian and returned in time.

  2. Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence, habitual late-coming, idleness, disobedience, immorality, dishonesty or objectionable behavior of any kind, insubordination, disrespect towards the school authorities, willful damage to school property etc. constitute sufficient " grounds for the authorities to resort to disciplinary action and hence may result in removal of the student from the school.

  3. Students are reminded to address their teachers and all the members of the staff with due respect and politeness, on their way to and from the school. They are expected to behave in an orderly manner and bring due honor to the name of the institution.

  4. A student is also liable to dismissal for the activities undertaken by the parent/guardian that are in any way harmful to the interest of the school.

  5. Since corporal punishment is not allowed, the teachers correct, help and guide the students through a system of counseling motivation and persuasion. An objective evaluation of behavior and conduct is maintained by a record of individual discipline points, through a system of Internal Assessment.

  6. The authorities lay much emphasis on the wearing of the prescribed school uniform, attendance, correct English speech and healthy habits in word and action.

  7. While the decision of the Principal is final in all disciplinary matters, serious cases are first referred to a Committee of Teachers for necessary investigation.
  1. A student must be in school well in-time to be ready for the assembly 10 minutes before the class timing. The school gates will be closed as soon as the assembly begins and students who come late will not be allowed to attend the class for that day.

  2. A student is not allowed to go out of the school premises during school hours without a prior written request form the parent/guardian stating the reason. Reason such as attending parties, birthday, excursion, time to study for examination are not considered sufficient. No student will leave the school during working hours or lunch break without a gate pass or the Principal's permission.

  3. Absentees rejoining school must produce a letter from their parent/guardian explaining the cause of absence and this should duly be entered in the school diary. The school declines all responsibility if through failure to produce this, a student is compelled to return home during school hours.

  5. To be admitted in to the class room, those who have been absent and/or late must show the teacher-in-charge the school diary duly countersigned by the Principal only.
  6. Parents/guardians are not allowed to enter class room to meet their children during school hours. In case of an emergency they should meet the Principal first.
  7. No books, periodicals, newspapers, leaflets of an objectionable nature or shall any digital gadgets be brought into the school premises by a student.
  8. Students are fully responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings. Articles should be marked with their name on them.
  9. Students are advised not to carry any costly articles which are of no use for in their day-to-day class work (including ornaments).
  10. Students are not allowed to ride bicycles or other vehicles inside the school premises. Students using motorised Two wheelers must posses a licence for the same and must wear Helmets.
  11. Each student must have a copy of the school diary and must bring it to the school daily.
  1. A student who is sick, should not be sent to the school.

  2. Absentees on rejoining school must produce a Medical Certificate from a registered Med. practitioner in case of sickness for over a period of three days.

  3. A Medical Certificate must be produced for absence due to a contagious or infections illness on the day the student attends school.

  1. A regular attendance is an important element for successful work. Previous written application for leave must invariably be submitted. Except in case of illness, student must be present and on time everyday.

  2. Only those holidays stated on the school calendar may be taken. In case of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances, the students returning to school must show the teacher-in-charge their Regularity Record duly signed by the Principal. Illness of a student who is out of Jamshedpur on the day of reopening of school after holidays may not be accepted as a reason for excusing him/her.

  3. Every student must be present on the closing and reopening of the school before/after Summer, Puja and Winter vacations. Absence on either of the above days will result in the loss of seat. Continuous absence for 5 days without prior sanction will he considered equivalent to the withdrawal of the student from the school and his/her name will be struck off from the roll. If admitted, full admission fee will be charged.

For all Classes up-to Std X Promotion is based on a Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation of students(CCE).

The school fee covers twelve calendar months which may be paid in monthly installments only. No reduction is made for holidays or broken period. Students are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the rolls.

A fee book will have to be purchased. All fees must be paid between 10th to 2Oth Calendar day of each month at the Bank of India, Telco Town Branch, except Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Parents and Guardians are requested to fill in all the particulars on the prescribed fee book before paying the fees.

In case the fee remains unpaid for two consecutive months (ending on the 2Oth of 2nd month) the name of the student will be struck off the rolls and he will be allowed to continue on payment of Late fine together with monthly fees and other dues if any.

Fees once paid will not be refunded under any Circumstances.
Results of Term and Promotion Examination will be withheld of those who have arrears in fees.
  • Caution deposit for senior secondary students cannot be withdrawn in the middle of an academic year.

  • Caution deposit is not refundable if student seeks, transfer to a local school.

  • Caution deposit will be paid only on production of the receipt given at the time of admission in a school outside Jamshedpur.

  • Any damage to the school property by a student (including lab Equipment) will be recovered from the Caution Deposit.

Parents co-operation is imperative in order to attain a high standard. Parents should co-operate by their total involvement which calls for a real understanding of the school philosophy and participating in the growth and development of the school.

Parents are earnestly requested to see that their wards prepare their lessons and also take an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.

Parents are requested to see that :

Students are regular & punctual in attendance, are neatly and correctly dressed and that their books and copies are covered properly.

Progress Cards are shown at the end of each assessment period. These should be signed by the Parents. If the card remains unsigned, the student may not be allowed for the next examination.

Parents-Teacher meetings are regularly organised Parents/Guardians should attend these meetings to discuss the progress of their children.

Parents are not allowed to enter the class rooms to meet teachers during school hours. Those wishing to meet a teacher/teachers can do so on the working Saturdays of the month between 10.15 to 11.00 a.m. only.

Parents wishing to meet the Principal may do so between 8:OO a.m. to 1O:OO a.m. on working days, except Saturdays during day school and 7.OO a.m. to 9.00 a.m. only, during morning school.

Matters of discipline are to be discussed with the Principal/School authorities only.

Wearing of the Prescribed School Uniform in school is compulsory.

Pattern and sample material is available in School.

Boys from Std. VI upwards will have to wear trousers.

Please Note :- Uniform for Std. XI & XII is different.

During winter months only, all boy students of Montessori and Primary school must wear trousers and girls students must wear white stockings (long socks).
